Discover before committing
Create a verified inventory, interview service owners and identify peak periods, contractual dates and unusual dependencies. Legacy alarms, door-entry lines, call recordings and remote devices are easily missed if discovery focuses only on invoices.
Design the migration around operational risk
Sequence work by site and service criticality. Define acceptance tests, communications and rollback before dates are booked.

Review after stabilisation
