The customer
Just Property is an East Sussex estate agency with offices in Hastings, Bexhill and Fairlight. Its mobile team needs reliable access to shared systems across all three locations.
The challenge
End-of-life on-premises servers were no longer suitable for the organisation’s working model. A 2024 power outage caused one server to fail, making the planned move to a more resilient environment immediately urgent.
The solution
inTEC Sussex accelerated the cloud migration and used the available backup to restore affected data. A UniFi network upgrade created a centrally managed environment across the three locations, configured so users could move between sites and reconnect seamlessly.
The outcome
The team now works from a consistent, future-ready cloud platform across all offices. Central network management improves visibility and performance, while the wider device estate has also been prepared for the move to Windows 11.
