The customer
St Leonards Motors is a family motor group established in 1959. By 2022 it operated 12 sites across East Anglia, Sussex and Kent, including several vehicle franchises and body shops.
The challenge
Hardware and software had grown organically across the group. Limited cloud integration, inconsistent systems and ageing equipment made collaboration harder and created avoidable reliability and security concerns.
The solution
inTEC developed a technology roadmap built around Microsoft 365 and a hybrid Azure environment. A SharePoint-based central operating zone, modern managed Wi-Fi, refreshed devices, improved security and a custom leave-management workflow brought sites and staff into a more consistent estate.
The outcome
Teams gained secure access to shared information from across the group, while standardised systems reduced performance and reliability problems. Central management, proactive support and clearer workflows improved productivity and gave the board greater confidence in the technology roadmap.
