Boosting Futures Network connects schools, business and sport

The Boosting Futures Network is a partnership between London Broncos and the inTEC Group, connecting schools, businesses and elite sport to create new opportunities for young people across South London.

A movement designed for measurable impact

The network aims to reach 6,000 pupils across 50 schools. It combines memorable matchday experiences with curriculum-linked enrichment, wellbeing support and routes into talent development, helping young people build confidence and aspiration through sustained participation rather than a single event.

Each participating school can receive access to London Broncos fixtures, assemblies, coaching sessions and taster activities. Older pupils can also take part in development workshops and regional coaching, creating clearer links between school, sport and future opportunity.

Three programme pillars

• Matchday experiences: pupils gain access to elite rugby league in their own community.
• Coaching and enrichment: Broncos Foundation coaches deliver structured activity that supports confidence, wellbeing and aspiration.
• Pathways and connections: development sessions and business engagement help young people see possible routes beyond the classroom.

How businesses contribute

Businesses can sponsor one or more schools, with every level of support funding participation and coaching. The programme is also designed to help organisations demonstrate social value through credible reporting, practical community involvement and stories that show the difference their contribution makes.

Sponsors join the Broncos Business Hub, where organisations can meet, share expertise and collaborate on community initiatives. The result is a model that creates benefits for schools and pupils while giving local employers a structured way to invest in the communities around them.

Building lasting opportunity

By bringing education, business and sport into one programme, the Boosting Futures Network is intended to deliver more than access to rugby league. Its wider goal is to create confidence, relationships and opportunities that can continue to benefit young people long after the first match or coaching session.
